Peterhead's winless sequence extended to five games as they fought out a 1-1 home draw for the second consecutive week.

They again made life difficult for themselves by playing for more than half the game with 10 men. Craig Tully was shown a straight red card for a tackle out on the touchline on Richard Bowers that on another occasion might only have seen him booked.

Bowers never recovered and was immediately replaced.

Queens Park went in front after 24 minutes. Mark Ferry latched on to a slack pass from Peterhead striker Scott Michie and finished with a fine low shot from 20 yards.

Before falling behind Peterhead had a couple of chances to score. Jamie Buchan fired a 30-yard shot that was tipped over by keeper David Crawford. Tully then sent a free-kick narrowly past the post before his sending off.

Peterhead started the second half the better team and deservedly equalised after 61 minutes with Buchan shooting into the far corner from the edge of the penalty area.
